on lymph flow | Fall 2021

Hi all,

This past month I’ve been feeling very grateful for the work everyone has provided me with leading up to my time off (from which I’m back this week!). Slowly settling toward a fresh flow after this tonifying interruption in the Idaho mountains, gandering otherworldly springs of Yellowstone and lakeshore wading under the Tetons.

For reassurance and safety, I took a COVID test last Friday which came back negative, so for those of you with upcoming appointments, we’re all set. To anyone who would like to get on the books for September: my first week filled up fast, but there’s still a few spots in the second week and plenty more throughout the rest of the month. Email, call, or text me!

As of August, I have personally resumed public masking and request that all clients, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks again during sessions, if possible. As you consider this, I ask that you listen to your body and feel comfortable expressing your needs for healing at any time. I will do my best to create a physically and mentally safe space, based on both the individual client’s needs and my own (i.e. for myself, other clients, and my workspace/home).

During my hiatus, I’ve also been studying a bit more on lymph work and somatic therapy (a body-mind, nervous system centered approach to bodywork and an ever-growing interest of mine); looking forward to continuing the exploration of all of these incredible inner landscapes together!

As of September, I’d like to begin giving 2% of my profits each month to an organization that feels in alignment with my values and healing practice. I also believe in transparency, so I will keep you updated on who I am supporting and when. For now, September through October, I will be donating to the Ohio Women’s Public Policy Network. This org has a passionate initiative for policy advancement in support of equal opportunity in the workplace and economic security for women and families, especially those who are marginalized.

For a while now I’ve been curating a directory of practitioners I can refer folks to for medical assistance or integrative care that supports and deepens our work together.

Click through to check out my ongoing list, if you’re interested, and let me know if there are any exceptional, trusted practitioners you’d recommend who are not already on it!

That’s all for now! I hope you take time this month to sense/feel the smallest pleasures available to you.
Thank you for reading and being.

with warmth + gratitude,
Zoey
