My bodywork sessions are always built around an initial intake process that takes about 10-15 mins on the first visit. Every following session begins with a 5-10 min body check-in and any additional assessment necessary. The intake/check-in will begin at the scheduled time of your appointment.


Accepted payment methods are cash or check.

I do not accept insurance, but some insurance companies or HSAs can reimburse you with a receipt provided upon request.

30-Minute
sufficient time for cupping treatment, addressing headaches, face-neck lymph drainage, or sinus flare-ups – $60

45-Minute
a session for 1 focus area, such as targeted neck or back work.

60-Minute
ideal for either maintaining stress regulation, general full-body session, acute injury treatment, or bodywork for 1-2 focus areas – $100

90-Minute
good for treating chronic pain or stress, integrating various techniques, or a full-body session with 1-2 focus areas

A supportive combination of Acupressure, Reflexology, and Craniosacral techniques to regulate and maintain cycle health. Also for individuals pursuing conception naturally or through IVF or IUI*.
