My bodywork sessions are always built around an initial intake process that takes about 20 mins on the first visit. Every following session begins with a 5-10 min body check-in and any additional assessment necessary. The intake/check-in will begin at the scheduled time of your appointment.
A note on hydration Before and immediately after sessions, it is important to stay well hydrated so that your muscle tissue is soft and supple during therapy and then is able to sufficiently flush out the metabolic waste build up post-therapy. Stagnant waste fluid in the tissues can also cause excessive soreness after manual therapy.

sufficient time for cupping treatment, addressing headaches, face-neck lymph drainage, or sinus flare-ups – $60

a session for 1 focus area, such as targeted neck or back work.
